Wild women do!

The wonderful Wild Women Community is joining in on the fun with two free events to celebrate Women’s Health and support the amazing work of Jean Hailes for Women’s Health Week.

Wild Women on Top Founder and CEO, Di Westaway OAM is a thought leader in women’s health and wellness and a champion for creating a fun, immersive, lifetime fitness experiences for women. Twenty years ago, a fatigued, fed up and seriously unfit Westaway joined an acquaintance on a hiking expedition up Mt Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the Southern Hemisphere.

As a former athlete, Westaway figured it wouldn’t be too hard. She figured wrong, as they didn’t reach the top. She did how reach the realisation that fitness could take her places. So, Westaway skilled up, starting Trek Training for women, championing women in the wild, and founding the Coastrek program, Australia’s premier charity hiking challenge for women.
