Kristie Lau-Adams has spent almost 20 years working as a journalist, producer and editorial director across Australia’s best-known media brands including The Sun-Herald, The Morning Show, Woman’s Day, New Idea, WHO, dailymail.co.uk and Concrete Playground.
Specialising in health and lifestyle, she is a mother to two children who have turned her mental and physical wellbeing completely on its head. As she navigates life in the Gold Coast after relocating from Sydney, she is focused on slowing down and looking to more holistic approaches to her health than ever before – but that’s easier said than done!
In her spare time, she can be found sleeping in a cupboard while playing hide-and-seek with her kids, racing to and from Pilates or blowing her family’s shopping budget on exotic produce at local markets.
