Eliza is a degree-qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist (BHSc), who is also currently completing a Master’s in Public Health (MPH). She has a passion for holistic, evidence-based healthcare and a strong desire to improve health equity and access to health services – both conventional and complementary – to anyone who desires to utilize them, regardless of their financial position.
Eliza has a special interest in mental health – particularly as it relates to families in the postpartum period, and also especially ADHD and its impacts in the lives of individuals, families, and the wider community. Eliza has spent over a decade writing and researching professionally in various roles and capacities and hopes to continue to reach and inspire more people to engage fully in their health and wellbeing, and to realize that simple efficacious changes to their health are achievable, and within reach.
