Vegan Super Greens Smoothie

Ingredients 

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (canned or carton)

½ lemon, juiced

½ avocado, pit removed

½ cucumber, sliced

1 large orange, peeled

2 cups baby spinach

1 granny smith apple, cored and sliced

2 tbsp. hemp protein powder

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz on high until smooth and creamy. Add a few ice cubes to the mix if you like your smoothies extra cold.
