Ingredients 

6 cups broccoli – chopped fine 

1 stalk celery – chopped 

4 spring onions – sliced finely 

1 cup almonds – chopped 

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 

Dressing 

1 cup organic mayonnaise or veganaise 

2 tbs honey (or maple syrup)

1 tbs apple cider vinegar 

1 tbs lemon juice 

1/2 tsp sea salt

Method 

Toss salad ingredients to combine. 

Put dressing ingredients into a small jar and shake until combined. 

Serve salad with dressing over the top.
