After 7 years working in private practice as a physiotherapist, Tracy Secombe won the positions of Miss South Australia, Miss South Australia Fundraiser AND Miss Australia 1997, leading to a full-time ambassador role travelling the country to promote the work of Cerebal Palsy association of Australia as it now known.
In 2016 Tracy was raising 3 children, running 3 businesses and being the best mother, daughter, friend, Aunt and boss, she could possibly be. In that same year, Tracy lost her beloved mother creating the catalyst for her to rethink how she was living this exhaustive life.
Realising this life was no longer sustainable, Tracy sold her largest business and modified the others so she could spend more time with her family.
In 2017 she launched, Soul Pleaser, a coaching program showing people they are enough so they can be who they’re here to be and make the difference they’re here to make.
She does this through her online programs, coaching, retreats, public speaking and her recently published book, From People Pleaser to Soul Pleaser.
Today we chat about what drove her to make the fundamental changes to her unsustainable life and what those changes meant to her family and business life. Making room for her soul led business Soul Pleaser.
