The older we get, the more important it becomes to stay fit and active. Each decade that we age, it becomes even more imperative to maintain strength, bone density and muscle tone, while improving cardiovascular fitness .
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live. We recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters, and thank them for protecting this coastline and its ecosystems since time immemorial. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all First Nations people present today.
